  • 50 g cheese, rated, e.., Mozzarella
  • 1 slice (s) cooked ham
  • 0.5 ½ tomato (s)
  • 2 tablespoon sour cream
  • 1 lettuce leaf
  • some rocket
  • possibly onion (s)
  • possibly herbs
  • possibly chilli

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 150 ° C fan oven. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper.
  2. Place a quarter of the Low Carb Wrap Genial on the tray and distribute the cheese evenly on top. Put in the oven for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Remove the tray, place the ham in the middle of the wrap and place in the oven for another 2 minutes.
  4. Take out again, put the lettuce leaf in the middle as well, put the sour cream on the lettuce leaf, top with the rocket and the sliced tomato on top. Now carefully roll up the wrap and serve immediately.
  5. The amount is intended for the small appetite. Possibly do 2 of them for one person.
  6. Tips: The recipe is very versatile and can also be made vegetarian. Onions, herbs, chilli or cucumber can also be processed.
  7. Also tastes good with minced meat or chicken filling or just with different types of cheese.
  8. Sour cream can also be replaced with cream cheese or cottage cheese.
  9. You can safely leave out salt and pepper, as the wrap, ham and cheese are already salted or seasoned.
