Macaroons Tender

Very tender, light biscuits without flour … I really love almonds, so I can never pass up almond baked goods. I invite you too!

Ingredients

  • Almonds – 200 g
  • Sugar – 200 g
  • Egg white (cold) – 5 pcs

Directions

  1. Almonds need to be peeled. To do this, pour boiling water over the nuts 2 times for 2-3 minutes. After that, the grains will easily jump out of the rind. Now grind the almonds into a homogeneous crumb in a blender.
  2. Beat cold whites with sugar to form a strong foam.
  3. Gently add the almonds and mix.
  4. Place the future cookies on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper with a spoon or using a pastry bag.
  5. You can decorate the cookies with nuts. We put a baking sheet in an oven preheated to 150 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Remove cookies from paper only when they are cool.
