  • 3 apples
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon sugar, brown
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 50 ml milk

Instructions

  1. Roll out the strudel dough.
  2. Peel the apples, remove the core and chop them into small pieces. Spread on the dough. Scatter the cinnamon and sugar on top. Roll up the strudel and pinch the ends together. Then place in a loaf pan.
  3. Bake at 160 ° for 20 minutes.
  4. Then whisk the eggs with the milk and pour over them. Bake for another 20-25 minutes.
  5. Hot vanilla sauce or vanilla ice cream tastes good with it.
  6. You can refine the strudel to taste with raisins, nuts and marzipan.
