“Marble Roll” (Chicken Meat Cuts)

On a festive table or as a snack for sandwiches, for example, this amazing roll will be just right. Would you like to treat yourself to a natural, homemade meat delicacy?

Servings: 6-8

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet – 700-750 grams
  • Gelatin – 30 Grams
  • Garlic – 2-6 Cloves
  • Salt and Spices – To taste (paprika, pepper, dried herbs, etc.)

Directions

  1. Wash, dry and finely dice the chicken fillet. It is this kind of cutting that will give us the “marbling” we need.
  2. Peel and chop the garlic. Can be passed through the press if desired.
  3. Combine gelatin with spices and mix well.
  4. In a deep bowl, combine the chicken with garlic, spices and gelatin.
  5. Mix thoroughly.
  6. Carefully place everything in a baking sleeve. If no sleeves are available, foil can be used.
  7. Put in a heat-resistant dish and send to the oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake the roll for 45 minutes.
  8. After cool down properly, remove the sleeve and leave the roll overnight in the refrigerator.
  9. Cut into portions – and can be served.
