  • 200 g marzipan
  • 200 g butter
  • 100 g suar
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 4 drops bitter almond flavor
  • 100 g cornstarch
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder

Instructions

  1. Mix butter and sugar in a bowl until frothy. Crush the marzipan and add it. Stir in well, then stir in the egg as well. Add flour, cornstarch, flavor and baking powder and work everything into a smooth dough.
  2. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Use a piping bag and a central star nozzle to squirt the dough onto the trays. Depending on the size, the dough is enough for approx. 50 cookies.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven at 170 ° C for about 10-12 minutes.
  4. The cookies should only get a little color. They are still soft right after baking, but become firm or crumbly after cooling.
  5. Tip: Decorate the cookies with whole milk or dark chocolate as you like.
