  • 300 grams flour
  • 100 g suar
  • 200 g marzipan
  • 100 g almond (s), round
  • 300 g butter
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 egg yolk
  • Cake icing
  • Sprinkles, colorful

Instructions

  1. Put the flour, sugar and almonds in a bowl. Tear the marzipan into small pieces and add. Now add the egg, yolk and butter to the flour mixture. Knead everything quickly into a shortcrust pastry. Put the dough in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
  2. Then roll out between cling film and cut out any shapes.
  3. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for about 10 to 12 minutes at 175 degrees Celsius.
  4. After cooling, brush with melted couverture and sprinkle with crumble immediately.
  5. Makes about 5 sheets
  6. Storage: tin can
