Push the onions and apple pieces to the side of the pan, add the 2 tablespoons of sugar to the cleared space, and let it caramelize for 2-3 minutes. Stir everything together and season with salt.
  2. Butter a baking dish. Place the 8 dumplings in the dish, top with the caramelized onions and apple, and sprinkle the 200 g grated cheese over top.
  3. Sprinkle pepper over the cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C (356 °F) for 20 minutes until the cheese is melted and lightly golden.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
