Ingredients
- 1 scoop buffalo mozzarella
- 100 g raw ham
- 0.25 ¼ melon (s) (cantaloupe) or Charentais
- Leaves basil
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- pepper

- Cut the mozzarella into thin slices. Remove the skin from the melon and cut it into equally thin slices. Layer everything like a classic caprese on a platter or plate and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Arrange the ham decoratively on top. Spread the basil leaves on top and drizzle with the remaining oil. Grind the black pepper over it.
- Ideal as a starter or as a dinner with a piece of baguette on hot days.
