  • 1 honeydew melon (s) or Galia melon, ripe, peeled, pitted, cut to size
  • 1 bunch mint, fresh, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon orange blossom water
  • 1 tablespoon sugar or honey

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the melon pieces with the mint and orange blossom water and, if you like, sugar or honey. Cover and let stand in the refrigerator for 1 - 2 hours. Serve sprinkled with mint leaves.
  2. Tip: This refreshing salad is an ideal dessert for spicy tagine dishes.
