  • 400 g melon (s) (watermelon pulp)
  • 150 g natural yourt
  • 1 pinch (s) cinnamon
  • Mint or lemon balm leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Puree the fruit, mix vigorously with the yoghurt in a blender, season with cinnamon, mix well again, fill into glasses and garnish.
  2. If you want to serve the melon a la creme as dessert, take 2 bananas, 400 g watermelon pulp and 300 g yoghurt, possibly sweeten with a little sugar. Dessert for 4 people
