Melted Snowmen Almond Cookies

This funny snowman-shaped almond cookie will please both children and adults. The dough is easy and simple to prepare, it does not contain any eggs or baking powder. The cookies have a pronounced nutty taste, they are very tasty and crumbly.

Ingredients

Almond dough

  • Margarine – 210 g
  • Sugar (fine) – 70 g
  • Almonds (chopped) – 100 g
  • Wheat flour / Flour – 250 g
  • Salt – 1 pinch.

For decoration

  • Powdered sugar (for icing) – 170 g
  • Water (for glaze) – 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice (for glaze) – 1 teaspoon.
  • Marshmallows (white) – 12 pcs
  • Chocolate paste – 20 g
  • Marmalade (chewing) – 50 g
  • Confectionery sprinkles – 1 g

Directions

  1. Beat the sugar well with margarine or butter until fluffy.
  2. Finely chop the almonds, but not into flour.
  3. Add almond crumbs to the whipped mass, stir.
  4. Add pre-sifted flour and knead the dough, roll it into a ball, and put it in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes. In the recipe, I use French Thing flour, extra grade.
  5. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 4-5 mm and cut the biscuits with a round cut. The dia of my mold is 8 cm.
  6. Bake in the oven at t = 180 C for about 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let’s prepare the icing. Combine icing sugar, water, and lemon juice, mix well.
  8. Let’s make blanks for snowmen. On a white marshmallow, draw eyes and mouth with chocolate paste. I made the nose from pieces of red candied fruits. Cut thin strips of gummies in the form of worms, this will be a scarf for a snowman.
  9. We take the frosting and spread it over the cookies as in the photo, attach the snowman’s head.
  10. With chocolate paste, draw the hands of a snowman and put on a scarf, attach buttons from sprinkles.
