Ingredients

  • 250 g flour
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 40 g cocoa powder
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 125 g butter
  • 50 g dark chocolate

For the filling:

  • 1 can condensed milk, sweetened (milkmaid)
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • some cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Let the milk maid jar simmer unopened in a saucepan with water for about 1 hour.
  2. Meanwhile, prepare the dough. To do this, melt the 50 g dark chocolate in a water bath. Mix cocoa with sugar and beat with butter until frothy. Stir in the melted chocolate. Add the egg and stir in briefly. Mix in the flour and knead into a smooth dough. Wrap the finished dough in cling film and chill for about 30 minutes.
  3. Then roll out thinly and cut out circles (diameter approx. 2.5 cm). Cut a star out of half of the cookies in the middle and bake in the preheated oven at 175 ° C for about 20 minutes. Let cool down.
  4. For the filling, chop the rest of the chocolate and melt it on the water bath. Mix well in a bowl with the milkmaid that has been cooked and has cooled down in the meantime and put the cream in the cold for about 10 minutes.
  5. Spread the cream on the cookies without a star and put the cookies with a star on top as a lid. Press lightly and dust the cookies with cocoa.
  6. Makes about 18 cookies.
