Minced Boiled Meat

With minced meat from boiled meat, you can quickly make pies, naval pasta.

Ingredients
- Beef (or pork) – 300 g
- Onions – 30 g
- Butter (or vegetable) – 20 g
- Ground black pepper – on the tip of a knife
- Salt – 0.5 teaspoon (to taste)
Directions
- Prepare products for minced meat from boiled meat.
- The meat is washed, put in a saucepan, poured with cold water, brought to a boil, cooked over low heat under a lid until tender (about an hour). Cool.
- Boiled beef (pork) is cut into small cubes and passed through a meat grinder or chopped on a board.
- Peel, wash, cut the onion into small cubes.
- The pan is heated, oil is added. Onions are added to the hot oil. Fry finely chopped onions in a frying pan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until golden brown (2-3 minutes).
- Add ground meat.
- Mix onions with meat and fry again for 4-5 minutes, add pepper, salt to taste. Stir.
- If desired, add 2-3 tablespoons of beef (pork) broth to the minced meat from boiled meat to make the minced meat more juicy.
- Minced meat from boiled meat is ready, you can use it.
