Minced Meat Cutlets in the Microwave

If you need to cook delicious cutlets practically without oil, quickly and in small batches, in addition, you do not want to wash a large frying pan and stove – this recipe for cutlets in the microwave is just for you! Minced meat cutlets are lush, juicy, and appetizing, very similar to fried ones in taste. Try it!

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • Minced meat (I have minced turkey) – 400 g
  • Onions – 120 g (1 pc.)
  • White bread – 70 g (3 slices)
  • Milk – 130 ml
  • Garlic – 1-2 cloves
  • Salt – 0.5 teaspoon (to taste)
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Bread crumbs – 40 g
  • Vegetable oil (for lubricating the mold) – 15-30 ml (1-2 tablespoons)

Directions

  1. Cut off the crusts from the bread, and break the crumb into small pieces.
  2. Pour milk over the crumb and leave for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Peel, rinse, and chop onions. I grated the onion on a coarse grater, you can chop it in a blender.
  4. Combine minced turkey, onion, soaked bread, salt, and ground pepper in a bowl.
  5. Add the peeled and pressed garlic there.
  6. Mix everything well until smooth. You can even beat off the minced meat well. I just mixed it very thoroughly.
  7. Pour bread crumbs into a plate. We form medium-sized cutlets from minced meat.
  8. Roll each cutlet in breadcrumbs on all sides. I got 8 cutlets.
  9. Put the cutlets in batches in a form designed for a microwave oven, having previously greased it with a small amount of vegetable oil.
  10. Cooking cutlets at 800 W for 4 minutes. You do not need to cover the dishes with cutlets with a lid.
  11. Then turn the cutlets over and cook at the same power for another 3-4 minutes. We cook the remaining cutlets in the same way.
  12. Delicious and juicy minced meat cutlets cooked in the microwave are ready.
