Potatoes with Meat (in the Microwave)

A combination of pork, potatoes, onions, and cheese always gives a win-win result. Potatoes and meat in the microwave are very tender and juicy, with an appetizing cheese crust on top.

Servings: 3
Ingredients
- Potatoes – 350 g (3 pcs.)
- Pork (pulp) – 300 g
- Hard cheese – 80 g
- Sour cream (fat) – 150 g
- Onions – 120 g (1 pcs.)
- Garlic – 3 cloves
- Seasoning for meat – 1 teaspoon
- Salt – 0.5 teaspoon
- Ground black pepper – 0.5 teaspoon
- Butter (for greasing the mold) – 30 g
Directions
- Peel, wash, and dry the potatoes. Cut the potatoes into thin slices.
- Peel the onions and garlic cloves. Cut the onion into half rings, the garlic into small pieces. Rinse the pork, dry, and cut into medium pieces.
- Grease a dish that is suitable for microwave ovens. Arrange the pork and garlic, add half the salt, pepper, and seasoning for the meat.
- Put half of the sour cream on top and smooth. Put the chopped onion on top of the sour cream.
- Put the chopped potatoes in the next layer. Add the remaining sour cream and smooth over the potatoes. Add remaining salt, pepper, and meat seasoning. Grate hard cheese on a medium grater. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top of sour cream.
- Cook potatoes with meat at 750 watts for 35 minutes. After the indicated time, the appetizing dish is ready to serve.
- Arrange the potatoes with meat cooked in the microwave on plates and serve. Serve with fresh vegetables or pickles if desired.
