- 75 g mint leaves, fresh
- 750 ml apple juice
- 500 g preservin suar 2: 1
- 125 ml water

- Wash fresh mint leaves and pour 125 ml of boiling water over them. Then keep warm over a low flame for about 1 hour. Then strain the leaves and squeeze the remaining juice out of the leaves.
- Bring the mint stock obtained in this way with apple juice and preserving sugar to the boil and cook for 4 to a maximum of 8 minutes. Then pour into the prepared preserving jars.
