  • 9 tablespoon sugar
  • 3 tablespoon cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 125 g butter
  • 400 g biscuit (s) (shortbread biscuits)

Instructions

  1. Mix the eggs and sugar together until the sugar has dissolved. Then add the cocoa powder and fold in.
  2. Crush the biscuits (do not crush too finely).
  3. In the meantime, melt the butter and let it cool down.
  4. Now process the cocoa mass with the biscuit crumbs into a mass. Add the lukewarm butter and work in.
  5. Now roll out the aluminum foil on the work surface and put the mixture in the middle. Roll everything up with aluminum foil and press firmly together. Either shape the roll into a round shape or press it into a triangle. Put in the freezer and let rest for 2 hours.
  6. Then cut the mixture into slices and serve.
