Jelly Mosaic

Do you remember the taste of homemade sour cream jelly? Vaguely? So I, too, could not remember him for some time. Then I decided to cook and realized that I want to eat it every day))) It is very simple to make jelly.

Ingredients

  • Sour cream 15-20% fat – 300 g
  • Gelatin – 1 sachet
  • Sugar – 0.5 cups
  • Water – 0.5 cups
  • Vanilla sugar – optional
  • Ready-made commercial jelly, multi-colored – 2 pcs. (but you can do it yourself)
  • Banana – 1 pc.

Directions

  1. First, we need to soak the gelatin. I had the most common one, so I soaked it for 40 minutes.
    I poured out almost all the water, left a couple of tablespoons for the sugar. I added this water to the sugar and put it on a small fire. You need to bring sugar to a syrup state. After soaking, dissolve gelatin over low heat, but do not let it boil. Pour the sour cream into a bowl. Add our syrup and beat with a mixer. Then add the gelatin and beat well again.
  2. Cut the banana into cubes. We do the same with purchased (or homemade) jelly.
  3. Add all the cubes to the sour cream mixture one by one. Distribute carefully, cover, and put in the refrigerator overnight.
  4. To evenly remove the finished jelly from the mold, immerse it in warm water for a couple of minutes – the walls will get warmer and the mixture will easily fall onto the dish! You can grab a spoon and destroy the yummy)))
