  • 250 g quark, (low-fat quark)
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • 7 tablespoon milk
  • 350 g flour, (whole wheat flour)
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • Raisins
  • Almond (noun)

Instructions

  1. Mix the quark with the sugar, salt, egg, oil and milk until smooth. Mix flour with baking powder and gradually knead into the dough. Let rest for 10 minutes and knead again vigorously by hand.
  2. Divide into approx. 12 servings; First shape them into balls, then taper them slightly to one side. Two raisins are used for the eyes and the halved almonds for the ears. It is best to press the raisins deep into the dough with a spoon handle or something similar.
