Ingredients

  • 400 ml orange juice
  • 400 g whipped cream
  • 200 g suar
  • 100 g chocolate, white
  • 200 ml orange liqueur (e.g. Grand Marnier)

Instructions

  1. Bring the orange juice to the boil in the pot and reduce it to about halfway. Stir in the cream and sugar and bring to the boil again. Remove the saucepan from the heat, chop the chocolate, add and stir until the chocolate has melted. Pour in the liqueur, then immediately fill into bottles and let cool down.
  2. Makes about 1 liter
  3. Store in the refrigerator, lasts about 10 days.
