Oven Сhicken Thigh Kebab

Chicken kebab in the oven is a chicken dish that will not leave indifferent any of your households, both adults and children adore it.

Cook: 1 hour 15 minutes

Servings: 2

Ingredients

  • Chicken thighs – 4 pcs.
  • Sour cream – 4-5 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp
  • Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
  • Wine vinegar (white) – 1 tbsp
  • Sweet mustard – 0.5 tbsp
  • Provencal herbs – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

Directions

  1. In a deep bowl, combine sour cream, soy sauce, white wine vinegar, mustard, vegetable oil, salt and pepper. Provence herbs need to be rubbed with your fingers so that they give off their aroma.
  2. Chicken thighs should be washed under running water, dried with a paper towel, and cut into two pieces. If desired, you can cut a bone.
  3. Put the chicken in the prepared marinade and leave for 20 minutes.
  4. String the chicken pieces onto skewers. Bake chicken skewers in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 30-35 minutes, in the top and bottom heating mode.
  5. Serve the chicken skewer with your favourite side dish and fresh vegetables.
