Ingredients

  • 300 g minced meat, mixed

  • 50 g butter, soft
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon dill, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Soak the roll in water, squeeze it out. Fry the onion in a pan until translucent, mix with the minced meat, egg, mustard, parsley, thyme and rolls and season with salt and pepper. Put the meat dough in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
