  • 200 g cream
  • 100 g Edam cheese, rated

Instructions

  1. Distribute the spaetzle in an oven-safe form (dried spaetzle must be cooked firm to the bite according to the instructions on the packet, but not too soft because they will continue to cook).
  2. Clean the mushrooms and divide as desired. Cut the spring onions into rings.
  3. Cut the pork tenderloin into small strips. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat in it briefly. Season with salt, pepper and the paprika powder. Add the mushrooms and the spring onions and deglaze with the cream. Give everything about the spaetzle. Sprinkle with the cheese.
  4. Bake for about 20 minutes at 200 ° C on the middle rack in the hot oven.
