Ingredients

  • 200 g apples
  • 140 g bread or toast

For the cast:

  • 150 ml milk
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 40 g suar

For the topping:

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 30 grams sugar
  • 1 piece (s) butter
  • 1 tablespoon almonds, ground

Instructions

  1. Peel the apples and cut into small pieces with the bread, put them together in a bowl. It can be combined with desired ingredients, such as raisins, nuts, etc.
  2. Beat the milk, eggs and sugar until frothy and add to the apples and bread. Mix everything well and let it steep for a few minutes. Then fill into 6 small molds. Mix the remaining sugar with the cinnamon and almonds and sprinkle on the filling. Put small flakes of butter on top. Grill the molds over indirect heat for approx. 160 ° C for 45 minutes.
  3. Vanilla sauce goes best with it.
