Ingredients

  • 240 g tapioca flour
  • 2 tablespoon corn flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 3 tablespoon butter, soft
  • 1 egg (s)
  • milk
  • 400 g herder cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  2. Mix the egg, shepherd`s cheese grated with your fingers, butter and half a cup of milk with the dough hook to a mixture. Mix the tapioca flour, corn flour, baking powder and sugar and stir into the cheese mixture. If the dough is too dry, add enough milk to make balls out of the dough (consistency like dough). Shape balls about 3.5 cm in diameter, place on baking paper and bake for about 15 minutes. The pandebono are ready when the surface is a little browned.
  3. Pandebono are small rolls that should be eaten warm, because they are particularly tasty and creamy warm on the inside thanks to the many cheeses. They are good as a side dish to a salad or just like that.
