Ingredients

  • 500 g flour (wheat flour)
  • 1 yeast
  • 0.25 liter ¼ water, lukewarm
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Make yeast dough, do not let it rise. Shape rolls, cut pieces, shape round or oval rolls. Let rise for 30-45 minutes. Then bake in a preheated oven (200-230 degrees) for about 10 minutes.
  2. Now put grated cheese (e.g. Emmentaler) on top and bake for another 10 minutes.
  3. TIP: be sure to use FRESH yeast. It doesn`t work so well with dry yeast.
