  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 250 ml water
  • 200 g cheese (Gouda), rated
  • 1 egg yolk for brushing
  • 50 ml milk to brush on
  • 200 g cheese (Gouda), rated for sprinklin

Instructions

  1. Knead the first 6 ingredients well and let rise for 2 hours. The dough becomes wonderfully soft without sticking!
  2. Mix egg yolks and milk. Put the rest of the cheese in a plate. Preheat the oven to 250 ° C.
  3. Shape the dough into rolls, spread the milk mixture on them and roll them neatly in the cheese. Bake for about 20 minutes.
