Ingredients

  • 4 slices bread (whole grain bread)
  • 150 g cottae cheese
  • 4 teaspoons jam, cranberry
  • 2 large pear (s), sweet
  • Pepper, black

Instructions

  1. Mix the cottage cheese with half of the cranberry jam.
  2. Brush the bread slices with the cottage cheese.
  3. Halve the pears, peel them, remove the core and cut into slices. Place the pear slices on the coated bread slices, lightly pepper and garnish with the rest of the cranberry jam.
