Ingredients
Butter (room temperature) – 250 g
Large eggs – 3 pcs.
Sour cream – 250 g
Flour – 300 g
Baking powder – 1 teaspoon.
Soda – 1 teaspoon
Ground cinnamon – 1 teaspoon
Salt – 0.5 teaspoon.
Brown sugar – 200 g
Liquid honey – 2 tbsp
Vanilla extract – 2 teaspoon
Directions
Turn on the oven to preheat to 160 degrees. Grease an ovenproof dish 23×33 cm in size with butter and sprinkle with flour.
Prepare the powder. In a small bowl, combine flour, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Cut the butter into small cubes and put in the flour mass, mix with your hands until crumbly. Add nuts, mix well again.
Prepare pie dough. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. In a separate bowl, beat the butter, sugar and honey until smooth. Gradually introduce eggs, beating well after each. Continuing to beat at minimum power, add the flour mixture, alternating with sour cream.
Put the dough into the prepared form, smooth the surface, sprinkle with powder and place in a preheated oven, bake the cake for 50-60 minutes, until a clean wooden stick is punctured.
