Ingredients

  • 500g flour
  • 50 g durum wheat semolina
  • 1 pack fresh yeast
  • some honey
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 ½ teaspoon salt
  • 300 ml water, lukewarm
  • 250 g cheddar cheese
  • Tomato sauce, thick, for pizza, homemade or bought
  • Gouda or Emmentaler, grated
  • Cocktail tomatoes
  • 2 onion (s), red
  • 1 bunch rocket
  • 1 packet sour cream
  • some parmesan, freshly grated
  • Barbecue sauce
  • 1 small Can corn
  • 1 can baked beans
  • 1 packet bacon
  • Tabasco
  • olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic

Instructions

  1. For the dough:
  2. Mix the flour and durum wheat semolina in a bowl. Make a well and crumble the fresh yeast into it. Drizzle some honey over it and carefully pour lukewarm water over it. After a few minutes, the yeast begins to rise and bubble. Add the olive oil and whisk the mixture with the hand mixer. Now add the salt and work the mixture into a smooth dough. Knead well and let rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
  3. For the cheese crust, cut the cheddar into long pieces. When the dough has risen, divide it into approx. 3 parts and roll out and distribute the cheddar cheese cut into pieces along the edge. Fold the protruding edge over the cheese and press firmly so that nothing leaks out during baking.
  4. Press the garlic and mix with the oil.
  5. For the rocket topping:
  6. Cut the tomatoes into slices, cut 1 red onion into rings, grate the parmesan, wash and sort the rocket.
  7. Place the dough on a pizza tray that has been brushed with the garlic oil beforehand. Now, sparingly coat the pizza base with the pizza sauce, sprinkle with Gouda or Emmentaler cheese, cover with the tomato slices and sprinkle with the onion rings. Put the pizza in the oven preheated to 250 degrees and bake for 7-8 minutes. When the rim is nicely browned and the cheese has melted, take the pizza out of the oven, pour the rocket salad over it, dab the sour cream on top and sprinkle with parmesan. Brush the edge of the cheese with the garlic oil.
  8. For the barbecue topping:
  9. Cut the second onion into rings. Place the dough on a pizza tray that has been brushed with the garlic oil beforehand. Spread some barbecue sauce on the pizza base, top with bacon, corn, baked beans and onions, drizzle with Tabasco to taste and sprinkle with the grated cheese. Put the pizza in the oven preheated to 250 degrees and bake for 7-8 minutes. When the rim is nicely browned and the cheese is runny, take the pizza out of the oven. Brush the edge of the cheese with the garlic oil.
