Ingredients

  • 250 g plums, dried, or prunes
  • 2 cl schnapps
  • 250 g flour (whole rain)
  • 50 g nuts, chopped or rated
  • 120 g suar, brown
  • 0.5 ½ point baking powder
  • some lemon peel or orange peel, grated
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled clove powder
  • 1 point vanilla sugar
  • Fat, for the shape

Instructions

  1. Soak the dried plums in schnapps and water overnight.
  2. Mix all ingredients together, add the soaked plums and enough soaking water until the dough has a tough consistency.
  3. Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes.
