Ingredients

  • 2 glasses plum (s)
  • 0.5 liter ½ red wine or the drained plum juice
  • 2 point cake topping, red
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 cups cream, whipped until stiff
  • 1 point cream stabilizer
  • 300 g yourt
  • 150 g suar, brown

Instructions

  1. Drain the plums and place in a dish.
  2. Bring the juice (or the red wine, or half and half) to the boil with cinnamon and thicken with the icing powder. Pour over the fruit.
  3. Prepare a cream from the whipped cream and the yoghurt. Pour the mixture onto the fruit and sprinkle with brown sugar. Put in a cool place and let it steep. Can be prepared very well the day before.
