Pork Kebab in Red Wine

Pork kebab marinated in red wine literally melts in your mouth!

Servings: 2

Cook: 3 hours 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • Pork (neck) – 400 g
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
  • Tomatoes – 2 pcs.
  • Bulb onions – 2 pcs.
  • Dry red wine – 0.5 cups
  • Lemon – 0.5 pcs.
  • Parsley greens – 0.5 bunch
  • Salt – 0.25 teaspoon
  • Pepper – 0.25 teaspoon
  • Spices – 0.25 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Cut the pork pulp into portions. Beat off lightly if desired.
  2. Peel and chop the onions.
  3. Wash green onions and chop finely.
  4. Slice the parsley.
  5. Mix the meat with green onions and parsley, sprinkle with salt, ground black pepper, spices.
  6. Drizzle with vegetable oil and dry red wine and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
  7. String on skewers.
  8. Grill pork skewers in red wine on skewers, interspersed with tomato slices. You can fry the tomatoes separately, also on skewers.
  9. When serving, sprinkle chopped herbs on pork kebab on wine, pour with lemon juice.
  10. Serve separately with fresh tomato juice or fresh vegetable salad.
