  • 3 large potatoes
  • 200 g corn flour
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 100 g processed cheese, finely diced
  • salt
  • 0.25 liter ¼ oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes with their skins until soft in salted water, drain, peel and press or mash them through the potato press.
  2. Put the porridge in a bowl and knead together with the corn flour, a pinch of salt, the egg yolk and the processed cheese to a dough.
  3. Shape the dough into small balls and bake them in hot oil until golden brown.
