  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 150 ml sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes, as well as the onion.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in the pan and fry the onions and potatoes for about 10 minutes. Put in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Chop the garlic and cut the chives into rolls and mix well with the sour cream.
