Ingredients

  • 500 g smoked bellies
  • 500 g onion (s)
  • 500 g pork oulash
  • 500 g beef oulash
  • 500 g bell pepper (s), reen and red
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 500 g smoked pork pork, hot smoked
  • 1 large can tomato (s)
  • 2 bottles shish kebab sauce
  • 2 cups sweet cream
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Roughly dice all meat and vegetables. First layer the tomatoes, then the rest of the ingredients in a goose roaster in the order mentioned above. Lightly salt and pepper the meat. Then mix 2 small bottles of shashlik sauce with 2 cups of cream and pour over them. Don`t stir! Cook in a hot oven at 185 - 200 ° C top / bottom heat for approx. 2 - 2.5 hours. Fry for another hour without a lid. It is served with a mixed salad, baguette and white wine.
