Puff Pastry Rolls with Wild Garlic

Season of wild garlic. What is delicious to cook? A very simple and tasty dish: a light puff pastry snack with cheese, wild garlic and dried tomatoes.

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of green wild garlic leaves
  • 200 grams of ready-made puff pastry
  • 2-3 dried tomatoes in oil
  • 100 grams of hard cheese
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions

  1. Finely chop the tomatoes.
  2. Wash wild garlic leaves in hot water. Chop finely.
  3. Grate cheese.
  4. Mix tomatoes, wild garlic, cheese with 1 tbsp of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Remove the puff pastry from the refrigerator, let stand for ten minutes. Then roll out a rectangular thin layer, put the filling on the long edge and roll it into a roll.
  5. Then cut the roll into small pieces (2 cm wide).
  6. Put the rolls on a pan in a preheated oven (200 ° C) and bake the puff pastry rolls for about 20 minutes.
  7. Serve the puff pastry rolls while still warm.
