- 500g flour
- 500 g quark
- 250 grams sugar
- 4 egg (s)
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 2 packs baking powder
- 1 handful raisins
- Oil for deep-frying

- Mix the first 7 ingredients with the mixer, then let the dough rest for ten minutes.
- Heat the oil in the deep fryer, always add a tablespoon of batter and fry the balls until they are golden brown, but do not fry more than 4 balls at the same time. Drain on paper towels.
