- 250 g mararine, soft
- 250 grams sugar
- 500g flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 2 egg (s)
- Butter-vanilla flavor
- 1 kg low-fat quark
- 2 egg (s)
- 150 grams sugar
- 1 lemon (s), juice it
- flavor (lemon and / or orange baking)
- 0.5 ½ pack custard powder, vanilla flavor

- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (top / bottom heat) for 10 minutes. Switch back to 175 ° C, insert the cake and bake until golden in about 35 minutes.
