Ingredients

  • 200 g flour
  • 100 g suar
  • 100 g mararine
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • 500 g quark
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 1 pck. Custard powder (vanilla), for cooking
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 0.5 liter ½ milk

Instructions

  1. Make a kneading dough out of the flour, sugar, margarine, egg and baking powder, spread in a springform pan (26 or 28 cm) lined with baking paper (only the bottom), pull up one edge.
  2. Make the topping from the other ingredients by mixing everything together (don`t worry, it is relatively liquid). Put on the floor. Bake at approx. 160-170 degrees (hot air) for one hour. Let cool in the mold before loosening.
