Quick Cottage Cheese Casserole with Raisins (in the Microwave)

A quick microwaved raisin quark casserole without a drop of oil is a great breakfast solution. This cottage cheese casserole is a good way to start the day right or enjoy yourself without harming your figure!

Cook: 20 minutes

Servings: 5

Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese – 100 g
  • Wheat flour – 7 g (1 teaspoon)
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Raisins – 15 g (1 tablespoon)
  • Sugar – 20 g (2 teaspoon)

Directions

  1. Prepare foods according to the list. The curd will do any fat percentage.
  2. Rinse the raisins in hot water and pat dry on a paper towel. If desired, some raisins can be set aside for serving.
  3. Combine cottage cheese and sugar in a deep bowl. Sift flour through a fine sieve directly into a bowl. Add egg and raisins. Mix well.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl or baking dish (glass or ceramic, no gilding or metal), pour about 1 tablespoon. a spoonful of water.
  5. Gently pour the curd mass directly into the bowl of water and flatten the top.
  6. Microwave the cottage cheese casserole on medium power (approximately 800 watts) for about 3 minutes. After turning off, do not open the microwave door – let the casserole stand for about 2 minutes more. Due to the residual temperature, the curd casserole will “reach” and finally cook.
  7. Cover the bowl with the finished cottage cheese casserole with a flat plate and gently turn over – due to the fact that there was water in the bowl, the casserole will not stick to the walls of the mold and easily slip onto the plate. Serve the curd casserole to the table, garnish with raisins if desired.
