- Preheat the oven to 190 ° C. Cover a baking rack with permanent baking foil and place a cake ring (30 cm) on top.
- For the dough, beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar in the food processor to a very frothy mass. Mix the flour, cornstarch and baking powder together and sieve into the egg foam mass, fold in loosely by hand with a whisk.
- Immediately pour the mixture into the cake ring and smooth it out. Bake at 190 ° C for approx. 12 - 15 minutes. Chopstick sample!
