Ingredients
- 200 g butter, soft
- 180 g suar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 3 egg (s)
- 20 g hazelnuts, round
- 200 g flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 Table spoons milk
- fruits (e.g. apples, apricots, pears, plums, etc.)
- 2 tablespoon sugar for sprinkling
- 2 tablespoon almond (s), ground, for sprinkling

- Beat the butter and sugar until frothy. Add vanilla sugar and salt and stir in. Stir in the eggs one at a time. Mix the ground hazelnuts, flour and baking powder in a bowl and carefully mix into the dough alternately with the milk. The dough must fall from the spoon with difficulty. Put the dough in a greased springform pan or pie form and smooth it out. Now place the prepared fruits according to season and choice and press a little into the dough (place the fruits close to each other!).
- Bake in the preheated oven at 160 ° C to 180 ° C for about 40 minutes. Mix the sugar and almonds about 10 minutes before the end of the baking time and sprinkle over the cake.
