Ingredients
- 5 egg yolks
- 250 grams sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 0.5 ½ bottle butter-vanilla flavor
- 125 ml water, warm
- 250 ml oil
- 375 grams flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 5 egg whites
- Food coloring, 5 different
- Fat, for the shape
- Powdered sugar, for dusting

- Beat the egg yolks and sugar until frothy, add the vanilla sugar, water and the aroma and beat a little more. Then slowly pour in the oil and keep stirring.
- Mix the flour with the baking powder and stir in portions. Beat the egg whites into snow and carefully fold them into the dough. Divide the dough into 5 equal parts and stir in the colors.
- Grease a 26 cm springform pan and preheat the oven to around 160 degrees. Put the dough tablespoon in the middle (e.g. 1 tablespoon red, on this blob 1 tablespoon blue, here 1 tablespoon yellow, etc.) The dough spreads itself in the mold.
- Now bake the cake for about 50 minutes. Let the cake cool down a bit and remove it from the mold. Dust with icing sugar and serve.
