Ingredients

  • 250 g rice (lon rain rice)
  • 100 g sprin onion (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 400 g tomato (s)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 200 g lamb`s lettuce
  • 4 tablespoon vinegar
  • 8 tablespoon oil
  • 100 g parmesan cheese
  • 125 g quark
  • 2 egg (s)

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice until it is done.
  2. Finely chop the spring onions and onions. Cut the tomatoes into slices.
  3. Mix vinegar with 4 tablespoons of oil, salt and pepper. Mix the tomatoes and chopped onion with the vinaigrette. Pour over the cleaned lamb`s lettuce.
  4. Mix the rice with the grated Parmesan and spring onions. Stir in the quark and eggs and season with salt and pepper. Shape the mixture into 12 thalers.
  5. Heat 4 tablespoons of oil in a pan and fry the rice thalers until golden brown. Serve with the salad.
  6. Goes well with ketchup.
