Romantic Breakfast Instructions

  1. Layout the slices of bread separately, place a special shape on top of each one in turn. Press the form down very hard and squeeze out the core. This must be done with careful movements so as not to damage the pattern.
  2. Then grease all slices liberally with oil on one side. Do the same with small hearts.

  3. Put frames and bread hearts on a preheated frying pan with the oily side. Fry until golden brown, turn over. Since the pan is already oily, there is no need to grease the other side of the bread.
  4. Carefully break the eggs in the middle of the two croutons without damaging the yolk; the third frame should remain empty. It is better to take eggs of small size so that there is less leaked protein around the croutons. Make a small fire, cover, fry eggs until half cooked. Season with salt and pepper. Do not overcook, otherwise, the egg will be covered with a white film and will not be very beautiful.
  5. Put the croutons with a spatula on a plate, remove excess protein around them. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
  6. Also, transfer an empty toast and three small hearts for decoration.
  7. You can also put pomegranate seeds and a sprig of herbs on the plate, thereby adding brightness and freshness to the dish.
  8. A romantic breakfast is ready!
