Salad with Canned Beans, Sausage, Cheese and Croutons

A salad with canned beans, sausage, cheese and croutons is a great option for a hearty salad that is suitable not only for every day, but also for a holiday. I suggest making crackers yourself, especially since this is a quick process. We use mayonnaise for dressing.

Ingredients

  • Canned red beans – 180 g
  • Smoked sausage – 150 g
  • Hard cheese – 60 g
  • White bread – 50 g
  • Fresh dill – 10 g
  • Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

Directions

  1. Prepare all products according to the list. Choose smoked sausage. I like to use red beans. Bread for croutons is suitable both white and rye.
  2. Cut the bread into oblong strips.
  3. Heat the frying pan and grease with a little vegetable oil. Put slices of bread there and fry, stirring, literally 2.5-3 minutes. Do not dry and fry too much.
  4. Cut the sausage into small pieces.
  5. Also cut the hard cheese into small cubes
  6. Take a deep salad bowl in which it will be convenient to mix all the ingredients. Put sausageand cheese in it.
  7. Add canned beans. It can be rinsed if necessary.
  8. Add cooked croutons.
  9. Rinse and dry the dill, chop finely and add to the salad. Add salt and pepper to taste. Season the salad with mayonnaise.
  10. Stir the salad. Can be served at the table.
  11. Salad with canned beans, sausage, cheese and croutons is ready.
