Ingredients
- 200 g cream cheese
- 150 g yourt
- 1 cup crème fraîche (00 to 50 g)
- 1 bottle chili sauce (Mexican Salsa Sauce)
- 4 tomato (s)
- 1 bunch spring onion (s)
- pepper

- Mix the cream cheese, yoghurt and crème fraîche and season with pepper, do not add salt! In a shallow bowl, e.g., Casserole dish, distribute and layer the salsa sauce over it, do not stir!
- Wash and dice the tomatoes, remove the seeds if necessary, clean the spring onions and cut into fine rings. Spread the tomatoes first, then the spring onions on the dip.
- When serving, pierce the bottom cream with the spoon.
- Tastes excellent with freshly grilled steaks, baguettes and jacket potatoes.
