Ingredients

  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 150 g yourt
  • 1 cup crème fraîche (00 to 50 g)
  • 1 bottle chili sauce (Mexican Salsa Sauce)
  • 4 tomato (s)
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix the cream cheese, yoghurt and crème fraîche and season with pepper, do not add salt! In a shallow bowl, e.g., Casserole dish, distribute and layer the salsa sauce over it, do not stir!
  2. Wash and dice the tomatoes, remove the seeds if necessary, clean the spring onions and cut into fine rings. Spread the tomatoes first, then the spring onions on the dip.
  3. When serving, pierce the bottom cream with the spoon.
  4. Tastes excellent with freshly grilled steaks, baguettes and jacket potatoes.
