  • 2 spring onion (s)
  • 3 tomato (s)
  • 5 chilli pepper (s)
  • 1 handful coriander greens
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Clean the chilli peppers and tomatoes, chop them roughly and mix in the cutter or with the hand blender. Cut the onions into very fine half rings, cut the spring onions into thin rings or small cubes. Finely chop the coriander. Mix everything with the chili tomato puree, add salt and oil, stir and the delicious salsa is ready.
  2. It is best to keep them in jam jars.
