Sandwiches with Red Fish and Avocado

Pieces of red fish are spread on slices of bread, smeared with cooked avocado paste. The result is a delicious snack for a festive table. If you love fish sandwiches, then you will definitely like the proposed recipe.

Ingredients

  • Black bread – 200 g
  • Fillet of red fish – 100 g
  • Avocado – 1 pc.
  • Mayonnaise – 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Lettuce to taste
  • Fresh dill – 1 sprig
  • Lemon – 1 pc.

How to make red fish and avocado sandwiches:

Directions

  1. Wash lettuce and fresh dill under running water. Then, for drying, we transfer the greens to paper napkins.
  2. Peel the ripe avocado, remove the seed.
  3. Cut the avocado into cubes, which we transfer to a bowl and knead until mashed with a fork.
  4. Add mayonnaise and salt to the avocado puree to taste.
  5. Mix the ingredients. Avocado pasta for sandwiches is ready.
  6. Cut the black bread into squares or triangles.
  7. Grease each bread slice with avocado paste.
  8. Cut the red fish fillet into thin slices. We roll up fish slices in the form of rolls. We spread the red fish rolls on bread slices.
  9. We decorate sandwiches with red fish and avocado with a sprig of fresh dill.
  10. For a beautiful presentation of cooked sandwiches on the festive table, put lettuce leaves on a plate. Place lemon slices on them.
  11. Put ready sandwiches with red fish on lettuce leaves and serve.
